FLEXIBLE: Cancellations or changes to bookings with
flexible/general rates can be made free of charge up
until 1:00 pm, 48 hours prior to your arrival date (or you
will be charged the full amount of the first changed or
cancelled night. In case of "no show" - full amount of
booking will be taken.
NON-REFUNDABLE: Bookings with non-refundable rates
requires a 100% deposit upon booking.This deposit
will be taken from your credit card you submit with the
booking (3.5% card fee applies for AmEx). Cancellations or
changes to bookings with non-refundable rates will not be
permitted for any reason. Once confirmed, a booking cannot
be refunded or altered in any way.
NO SHOW POLICY: Failure to arrive at the property on
the booked check-in date will be treated as a no-show and
the remainder of the booking will be cancelled. If you have
booked the Flexible Rate, you will incur a charge equivalent
to the first night of the booking. If you have booked a
non-refundable or promotional rate, you will be charged the
full cost of the booking.
BOOKING MODIFICATIONS: For bookings made on the
Flexible Rate, booking changes are subject to availability
and any applicable charges. If a date change is possible,
the originally booked nightly rate may be subject to change
and a higher rate may apply.
For bookings made on any non-refundable or promotional rate,
booking modifications are not allowed.
