  • What are the reception's operating hours?

    Monday - Sunday: 7:00AM - 11:00PM

    If you are arriving after hours please contact Th WM Hotel Bankstown directly to find out the late arrival instructions.

  • What time is check-in?

    1:00PM

    Please note: Our SKG members are offered priority check-in.

  • What time is check-out?

    10:00AM

    Please note: Our SKG members receive a late check-out of 11:00AM.

    These guests must visit Reception staff to secure this free late check-out.

  • Can I store my luggage?

    Yes, if you arrive prior to 1PM and your room is not ready, we would be happy to store your luggage in our luggage room.

  • What forms of payment do you except?

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    FLEXIBLE: Cancellations or changes to bookings with flexible/general rates can be made free of charge up until 1:00 pm, 48 hours prior to your arrival date (or you will be charged the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night. In case of "no show" - full amount of booking will be taken.

    NON-REFUNDABLE: Bookings with non-refundable rates requires a 100% deposit upon booking.This deposit will be taken from your credit card you submit with the booking (3.5% card fee applies for AmEx). Cancellations or changes to bookings with non-refundable rates will not be permitted for any reason. Once confirmed, a booking cannot be refunded or altered in any way.

    NO SHOW POLICY: Failure to arrive at the property on the booked check-in date will be treated as a no-show and the remainder of the booking will be cancelled. If you have booked the Flexible Rate, you will incur a charge equivalent to the first night of the booking. If you have booked a non-refundable or promotional rate, you will be charged the full cost of the booking.

    BOOKING MODIFICATIONS: For bookings made on the Flexible Rate, booking changes are subject to availability and any applicable charges. If a date change is possible, the originally booked nightly rate may be subject to change and a higher rate may apply.

    For bookings made on any non-refundable or promotional rate, booking modifications are not allowed.

  • Where can I find the best rates?

    The best rates can be found when booking direct! Use Promo Code 'SKG' on our website or quote it to our friendly Front Desk Team when making your booking over the phone or via email. By entering the ‘SKG’ Promo Code you will instantly receive other great benefits.

  • Are the rooms serviced daily?

    Yes, rooms are serviced daily by housekeeping. If your stay exceeds 5 nights a full linen change is provided in the middle of your stay.

  • Is internet access provided?

    Yes, we offer free unlimited wireless internet for all guests.

  • Do you have a lift / elevator?

    No. There are only stairs to access the first-floor rooms

  • Are baby cots and extra beds available?

    Yes, there are baby cots and extra beds available. Bookings are essential so please contact The WM Hotel Bankstown to confirm before your arrival.

  • Are there cooking facilities?

    No, there are no cooking facilities at the property.

  • Are there laundry facilities?

    Laundry service are available for guests to use at an additional cost.

  • Do you have a gym?

    No. However, there are gym centres nearby. Please ask one of our friendly receptionists for direction.

  • Are pets allowed?

    No, we do not allow pets. We do allow service animals, please speak with the property before your arrival if you will be travelling with a service animal.

  • Are there smoking rooms available?

    No, our property and rooms are all smoke-free in accordance with NSW Legislation.

  • How far is it to the train station?

    Chester Hill and Yagoona Stations served by Sydney Trains T3 Bankstown live services.

  • Do you have restaurant onsite?

    Yes, our restaurant serves buffet breakfast from 06:00am – 09:00am daily and dinner from 06:00pm to 10:00pm Monday-Saturday.

  • Is there a grocery store or shopping locations nearby?

    Yes, Woolworths supermarket inside Bass Hill Plaza is 600m away, on Hume Hwy. There are also numerous food and shopping outlets around the property. Please ask one of our friendly receptionists for direction.

  • Is there a hospital nearby?

    Liverpool Hospital is located at Elizabeth &, Goulburn St, Liverpool NSW 2170, 5.2 Km from The WM Hotel Bankstown.

  • How do I get there?

    GETTING HERE FROM THE AIRPORT:

    By train: Approximately 45-60 minutes. You will require an Opal Card to travel, purchased from the station, or convenience stores. Trains run approximately every 10 minutes, change at Central Station for trains to Yagoona station, then take the bus 11T3 or 14T3 from the station to The WM Hotel Bankstown for approximately 17minutes.

    By taxi/uber: Approximately 30-45 minutes. Follow signs to the taxi rank at the front of all terminals. For uber arrange to meet your driver at the dedicated priority pick-up area.

  • Is on-site parking available?

    Yes, at The WM Hotel Bankstown we do provide on-site parking for guests.
